Riverdale star Madelaine Petsch visits rehab centre for abused and injured animals
Vegan actor Madelaine Petsch, best known for her role as Cheryl Blossom on hit TV show , has released a video promoting dog adoption and rehab.
In the video, which she shared to her own YouTube channel, Petsch visits an animal rehabilitation centre called Two Hands Four Paws in Los Angeles. There, founder Leslie Gallagher shares the scoop on what her staff does for animals.
“We do rehab, just like what you do for people; we do it for animals,” she said.
According to Gallagher, animals helped by Two Hands Four Paws have included not only dogs, but cats, guinea pigs and wolves, as well as a rabbit, tiger and chicken.
As part of her visit, Petsch shot two short videos for the ASPCA, intended to promote adoption and raise awareness about puppy mills.
She said: “If you love animals as much as I do, please choose to adopt your next pet.”
Petsch’s YouTube video has since been viewed by more than 400,000 people.
Turns out when ‘Cheryl’ isn’t sharpening her pitch forks, setting her mom on fire and shooting at people with crossbows, she’s quite the animal activist.
Yeah, yeah.may be the most over-the-top teen drama yet, and you’re a self-respecting adult with a grownup job and retirement fund, but we all know you watch it. You clicked on Petsch’s face for a reason, after all.
