Gordon Ramsay debuts vegan breakfast at London restaurant

In a move sure to make anti-vegan TV host Piers Morgan’s blood boil, celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has debuted a fully vegan breakfast at his restaurant in London.

A post shared to his Twitter account today included a picture of the breakfast, alongside a caption announcing the release.

“Who knew tofu eggs were this tasty?!” he wrote.

Well, we did, Gord — but it’s great you’ve caught on.

The plant-based plate, which includes items such as grilled tomatoes, portobello mushroom, avocado, and the aforementioned tofu, is not Ramsay’s first foray into vegan cuisine. The star chef debuted a vegan roast earlier this month, in a move which sparked an ongoing conflict between himself and Piers Morgan.

Members of Team Ramsay can try his new dish at Bread Street Kitchen in London, or whip up their own tofu eggs with the recipe published here.
