Ingredients :
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 2 medium carrots, peeled
- 1 cup unsweetened orange juice
- optional: water to thin to your desired consistency
Instructions :
- Grate both carrots (if you have a quality high speed blender you can skip this step). If you’re using an immersion blender I would recommend grating them first, you don’t want hard carrot chunks in your smoothie!
- Combine everything except the water and blend on high speed until smooth. If you want a thinner consistency you can add a little bit of water.
